Refusal to change is a powerful motivator. When the people of the INZ were denied a chance at defining themselves, it made the relationship between the nation and the UCC crystal clear. Tensions are rising in the INZ. Only time will tell if the pot settles or boils over. But there will come a resolution to the question of occupation or independence.
